Who is The Laundry Hub?
We are a professional laundry and dry cleaning services provider. We prioritize the safety and cleanliness of your laundry through a careful and thorough process. We use only the highest quality detergents and fabric softeners to ensure your laundry is cleaned effectively and treated with care.
Where are you located?
We are located at 41 Churchill Avenue, behind Spice Hub, Alexandra Park, Harare and our second shop will be operational soon at 60B, Lorraine Drive, Bluffhill, Harare.

What services do you offer?
Stain Removal, Washing, Drying, Ironing, Folding, Dry Cleaning, Premium Sneaker Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Tailoring and Alterations of Clothes. We offer Pick-up and Drop-Off for a fee within 5km radius of our shop.
What are your opening times?
Monday to Friday: 07h00–18h00, Saturday: 08h00–15h00, Sunday and Public Holidays: 08h00–13h00.
When will my clothes be ready for collection?
If order is received before 10h00, you can collect between 16h00 and 18h00. If order is received after 10h00, you can collect the next day.
How do I know when my order is ready for collection/pick-up?
We will send you a Ready Order message via SMS or WhatsApp on the contact number registered with us.
What contracts/bundles do you offer?
We have weight-based monthly subscription / bundles/contracts at a discounted rate.
When/How do I pay?
You can pay on placement of order using your VISA card, Cash and/or Ecocash.
Pick Up & Drop-Off
What is a pick up & drop off laundry service?
We pick up your laundry from your home or business and we expertly wash, dry, fold and package. We deliver it back to you on the next business day. Please note: Pick up and drop off service is restricted to business week days.
How do I schedule a pick up and/or drop-off?
You can place your order via our WhatsApp number 0776 143 995 or via the CleanCloud App where you choose The Laundry Hub - Alexandra Park, Harare.
What time is the pick-up?
09h00–14h00 Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
What areas do you pick-up from?
We pick up from areas within 5km radius of our shop such as Alexandra Park, Avondale, Belgravia, Avenues, Harare CBD, Borrowdale, Colne Valley, Rolfe Valley, Chisipite, Newlands, Mt Pleasant, Gunhill, Groombridge, Emerald Hill, Vainona, Arundel, Greencroft, and Strathaven.
Is there a same day pick-up and drop-off?
If you book your order before 08h00 for a 09h00–11h00 pick-up slot, we will pick-up and drop-off on the same day.
Do I have to be home when you pick-up and/or drop-off?
Not necessarily, you can give us instructions during the online booking process of where to pick-up and drop-off.
When/How do I pay for pick-up and drop-off service?
You can pay on pick-up of your order using a VISA card, Cash and/or Ecocash. You will be issued with The Laundry Hub receipt.
What types of items can I include in my pick-up order?
We don't have any restrictions on the types of items you can include in your pick-up.
Is there a cancellation policy for scheduled pick-ups?
We don't have a formal cancellation policy, but we ask for a 2-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a pick-up. We also offer the flexibility to swap your scheduled time on the same day.
Do you take wet laundry?
We do not take laundry that is wet, damp, drenched, or contains any moisture. Your laundry must be dry at time of driver pickup. We are not responsible for any mildew, mould, or other damage that results in your laundry as a result of exposure to moisture.
I left some stuff in my pockets. Will I get it back?
We will make our best efforts to bag up any items we find in pockets. However, we are not responsible for any items you leave in your pockets.
How much does pickup and drop-off cost?
We offer starting prices at $5 per one-way trip for areas within 5km radius of our shop with maximum 10kg in weight.
Can I schedule an order over the phone?
We do not take orders over the phone. Please place your order through the CleanCloud app (choose The Laundry Hub - Alexandra Park, Harare) or via our WhatsApp business line 0776 143 995.
